Welfare Officers

Each centre has a Welfare Officer who is trained at Safeguarding Level 3. This officer is responsible for your well-being.

Staff training and support

All staff members receive Basic Safeguarding and Prevent training. They are here to care for you and are encouraged to be approachable, understanding, and aware.

First aid availability

Each centre has at least one staff member trained in first aid.

Support for new experiences

We understand that this might be a new and unfamiliar experience for you. We offer advice, comfort, and support if you are experiencing homesickness, culture shock, or just need someone to talk to.

Residential supervision

Our residential accommodation is supervised by trained staff available 24 hours a day in case of emergency. Our staff will accompany you during all excursions and journeys.

Emergency contact information

When you arrive, you will receive an emergency contact card with all necessary contact details and our 24-hour emergency number. We also provide a comprehensive agency welcome pack, which includes key contact information, escalation procedure, excursion information, and more.

Everyone is welcome

We believe that every student deserves respect, freedom from discrimination, and protection from abuse, regardless of age, gender, disability, ethnicity, religious beliefs, or sexual identity.
