class=\"p1\">\u672c\u6587\u4ef6\u5305\u542b\u5b66\u751f\u6295\u8bc9\u7a0b\u5e8f\u3002<\/p><p class=\"p1\">\u8be5\u7a0b\u5e8f\u7684\u9002\u7528\u8303\u56f4\u4ec5\u9650\u4e8e\u4e0e\u5b66\u751f\u5728 LIA \u7684\u5b66\u4e60\u7ecf\u5386\u6709\u5173\u7684\u6295\u8bc9\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u6240\u63d0\u4f9b\u7684\u670d\u52a1\u548c\u8bbe\u65bd\u3002<\/p><h2 class=\"p1\">2.Principles<\/h2><p class=\"p1\">2.1 \u5b66\u751f\u5728\u6295\u8bc9\u65f6\u53ef\u4ee5\u5411\u4efb\u4f55\u5e0c\u671b\u5f97\u5230\u5e2e\u52a9\u7684\u4eba\u5bfb\u6c42\u4fe1\u606f\u3001\u5efa\u8bae\u548c\u5e2e\u52a9\u3002\u5728\u4efb\u4f55\u9636\u6bb5\uff0c\u5b66\u751f\u90fd\u6709\u6743\u7531\u53e6\u4e00\u4eba\u966a\u540c\/\u4ee3\u7406\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u5b66\u751f\u9700\u8981\uff0c\u8be5\u4eba\u53ef\u4ee3\u8868\u5b66\u751f\u53d1\u8a00\u3002<\/p><p class=\"p1\">2.2 LIA \u6b22\u8fce\u5b66\u751f\u5c31\u5b66\u6821\u5982\u4f55\u63d0\u9ad8\u6548\u7387\u548c\/\u6216\u6539\u5584\u670d\u52a1\u63d0\u51fa\u610f\u89c1\u548c\u5efa\u8bae\u3002\u6211\u4eec\u9f13\u52b1\u5b66\u751f\u63d0\u51fa\u5efa\u8bae\u3002<\/p><p class=\"p1\">2.3 \u5b66\u6821\u8ba4\u8bc6\u5230\uff0c\u5b66\u751f\u6709\u65f6\u53ef\u80fd\u4f1a\u5bf9\u5b66\u6821\u8bbe\u65bd\u6216\u6559\u804c\u5458\u5de5\u63d0\u4f9b\u7684\u670d\u52a1\u63d0\u51fa\u6295\u8bc9\u3002<\/p><p class=\"p1\">2.4 \u672c\u7a0b\u5e8f\u65e8\u5728\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e00\u79cd\u7b80\u5355\u6613\u61c2\u7684\u65b9\u5f0f\uff0c\u4f7f\u5b66\u751f\u53ef\u4ee5\u5411\u76f8\u5173\u5de5\u4f5c\u4eba\u5458\u63d0\u51fa\u610f\u89c1\u3001\u5efa\u8bae\u548c\u6295 \u8bc9\u3002<\/p><p class=\"p1\">2.5 \u5b66\u6821\u5c06\u786e\u4fdd\u5411\u4efb\u4f55\u63d0\u51fa\u610f\u89c1\u3001\u5efa\u8bae\u6216\u6295\u8bc9\u7684\u5b66\u751f\u63d0\u4f9b\u7684\u670d\u52a1\u548c\u5173\u6000\u4e0d\u4f1a\u56e0\u6240\u91c7\u53d6\u7684\u884c\u52a8\u800c\u53d7\u5230\u4efb\u4f55\u5f71\u54cd\uff0c\u4f46\u5b66\u6821\u5e0c\u671b\u5b66\u751f\u4e0d\u4f1a\u63d0\u51fa\u65e0\u804a\u6216\u65e0\u7406\u53d6\u95f9\u7684\u6295\u8bc9\u3002<\/p><p class=\"p1\">2.6 \u5b66\u6821\u5c06\u5c3d\u53ef\u80fd\u5bf9\u610f\u89c1\u3001\u5efa\u8bae\u548c\u6295\u8bc9\u4fdd\u5bc6\u3002\u4e0d\u8fc7\uff0c\u901a\u5e38\u5e94\u544a\u77e5\u670d\u52a1\u63d0\u4f9b\u8005\u5df2\u6536\u5230\u6295\u8bc9\u5e76\u6b63\u5728\u8fdb\u884c\u8c03\u67e5\u3002<\/p><p class=\"p1\">2.7 \u4ee5\u4e0a\u6bb5\u843d\u4e1d\u6beb\u4e0d\u5f71\u54cd\u5904\u7406\u5de5\u4f5c\u4eba\u5458\u7eaa\u5f8b\u95ee\u9898\u7684\u73b0\u884c\u7a0b\u5e8f\u3002<\/p><h2 class=\"p1\">3.\u6295\u8bc9\u7a0b\u5e8f<\/h2><p class=\"p1\">3.1.\u975e\u6b63\u5f0f\u9636\u6bb5\uff08\u53c2\u89c1\u4e0a\u6587 2.1\uff09\uff1a<\/p><p class=\"p1\">\u6211\u4eec\u5e0c\u671b\u8bb8\u591a\u95ee\u9898\u901a\u5e38\u90fd\u80fd\u672c\u7740\u548c\u89e3\u7684\u7cbe\u795e\u4ee5\u975e\u6b63\u5f0f\u7684\u65b9\u5f0f\u5f97\u5230\u89e3\u51b3\uff0c\u800c\u65e0\u9700\u8bc9\u8bf8\u6b63\u5f0f\u7a0b\u5e8f\u3002\u4f5c\u4e3a\u7b2c\u4e00\u6b65\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u5b66\u751f\u5bf9\u81ea\u5df1\u6240\u83b7\u5f97\u7684\u670d\u52a1\u4e0d\u6ee1\u610f\uff0c\u5e94\u5c1d\u8bd5\u4e0e\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u8001\u5e08\u6216\u5b66\u4e60\u4e3b\u4efb\/\u5b66\u672f\u7ecf\u7406\u6216\u6d3b\u52a8\u8d1f\u8d23\u4eba\/\u6d3b\u52a8\u7ecf\u7406\u548c\u798f\u5229\u5b98\/\u4e2d\u5fc3\u7ecf\u7406\u4e00\u8d77\u89e3\u51b3\u95ee\u9898\u3002\u5728\u8bb8\u591a\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\uff0c\u6b64\u4eba\u662f\u5904\u7406\u6295\u8bc9\u7684\u6700\u4f73\u4eba\u9009\u3002\u4f46\u662f\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u5bf9\u975e\u6b63\u5f0f\u6295\u8bc9\u7684\u7b54\u590d\u4e0d\u6ee1\u610f\uff0c\u5b66\u751f\u6709\u6743\u4f7f\u7528\u4ee5\u4e0b\u6b63\u5f0f\u6295\u8bc9\u7a0b\u5e8f\u3002\u5b66\u751f\u53ea\u6709\u5728\u8ba4\u4e3a\u6295\u8bc9\u8fc7\u4e8e\u4e25\u91cd\uff0c\u65e0\u6cd5\u901a\u8fc7\u975e\u6b63\u5f0f\u65b9\u5f0f\u5904\u7406\uff0c\u6216\u5bf9\u975e\u6b63\u5f0f\u8ba8\u8bba\u7684\u7ed3\u679c\u4e0d\u6ee1\u610f\u65f6\uff0c\u624d\u53ef\u4f7f\u7528\u6b63\u5f0f\u6295\u8bc9\u7a0b\u5e8f\u3002<\/p><p class=\"p1\">3.2.\u5b66\u6821\u9636\u6bb5\uff1a<\/p><p class=\"p1\">\u5982\u679c\u5b66\u751f\u5e0c\u671b\u6839\u636e\u8fd9\u4e9b\u7a0b\u5e8f\u63d0\u51fa\u6b63\u5f0f\u6295\u8bc9\uff0c\u4ed6\u4eec\u5fc5\u987b\u5411\u4e2d\u5fc3\u7ecf\u7406\u63d0\u51fa\u6295\u8bc9\uff0c\u4e2d\u5fc3\u7ecf\u7406\u4f1a\u7ed9\u4ed6\u4eec\u4e00\u4efd\u6295\u8bc9\u8868\u8ba9\u4ed6\u4eec\u586b\u5199\u3002<\/p><p class=\"p1\">\u6d89\u53ca\u4e2d\u5fc3\u7ecf\u7406\u7684\u4e66\u9762\u6295\u8bc9\u5e94\u76f4\u63a5\u901a\u8fc7\u7535\u5b50\u90ae\u4ef6\u53d1\u9001\u81f3 \"\u8bed\u8a00\u5728\u884c\u52a8 \"\u603b\u90e8\uff0c\u6216\u586b\u5199\u4e2d\u5fc3\u5907\u6709\u7684 \"\u8bed\u8a00\u5728\u884c\u52a8 \"\u6295\u8bc9\u8868\u3002<\/p><p class=\"p1\">\u4e2d\u5fc3\u7ecf\u7406\u901a\u5e38\u4f1a\u5728 48 \u5c0f\u65f6\u5185\u4eb2\u81ea\u56de\u590d\u5b66\u751f\u7684\u4fe1\u4ef6\u3002\u5982\u679c\u4e2d\u5fc3\u7ecf\u7406\u8ba4\u4e3a\u6295\u8bc9\u9700\u8981\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u8c03\u67e5\uff0c\u4ed6\u4eec\u5c06\u5411\u5b66\u751f\uff08\u6216\u5176\u4ee3\u7406\u4eba\uff09\u89e3\u91ca\u5982\u4f55\u5904\u7406\u6295\u8bc9\u3002\u4e2d\u5fc3\u5c06\u5bf9\u6295\u8bc9\u8fdb\u884c\u5168\u9762\u8c03\u67e5\uff08\u901a\u5e38\u4e5f\u4f1a\u9080\u8bf7\u5b66\u751f\u4eb2\u81ea\u8ba8\u8bba\u6295\u8bc9\u5185\u5bb9\uff09\uff0c\u5b66\u751f\u901a\u5e38\u4f1a\u5728 5 \u5929\u5185\u6536\u5230\u4e66\u9762\u7b54\u590d\u3002<\/p><p class=\"p1\">\u5982\u679c\u5b66\u751f\u5bf9\u6536\u5230\u7684\u7b54\u590d\u611f\u5230\u6ee1\u610f\uff0c\u5e76\u4e14\u4e0d\u5e0c\u671b\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u6295\u8bc9\uff0c\u90a3\u4e48\u4ece\u6295\u8bc9\u4e2d\u83b7\u5f97\u7684\u4fe1\u606f\u5c06\u7528\u4e8e\u6539\u5584\u5b66\u6821\u63d0\u4f9b\u7684\u670d\u52a1\u3002<\/p><p class=\"p1\">3.3.\u4e0a\u8bc9<\/p><p class=\"p1\">\u5982\u679c\u6295\u8bc9\u5728 5 \u5929\u5185\u6ca1\u6709\u5f97\u5230\u89e3\u51b3\u6216\u5b66\u751f\u4e0d\u6ee1\u610f\uff0c\u5b66\u751f\u5e94\u5c06\u6295\u8bc9\u63d0\u4ea4\u7ed9 \"\u8bed\u8a00\u5728\u884c\u52a8 \"\u603b\u90e8\u3002<\/p><p class=\"p1\">\u603b\u529e\u516c\u5ba4\u5c06\u5bf9\u6295\u8bc9\u8fdb\u884c\u8c03\u67e5\uff08\u901a\u5e38\u4f1a\u9080\u8bf7\u5b66\u751f\u672c\u4eba\u6216\u5176\u6307\u5b9a\u7684\u4eba\u5458\u4e0e\u5b66\u751f\u672c\u4eba\u8ba8\u8bba \u6295\u8bc9\u95ee\u9898\uff09\uff0c\u5b66\u751f\u901a\u5e38\u4f1a\u5728 3 \u4e2a\u5de5\u4f5c\u65e5\u5185\u6536\u5230\u4e66\u9762\u7b54\u590d\u3002<\/p><p class=\"p1\">\u5982\u679c\u5b66\u751f\u5bf9\u6536\u5230\u7684\u7b54\u590d\u611f\u5230\u6ee1\u610f\uff0c\u5e76\u4e14\u4e0d\u5e0c\u671b\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u6295\u8bc9\uff0c\u90a3\u4e48\u4ece\u6295\u8bc9\u4e2d\u83b7\u5f97\u7684\u4fe1\u606f\u5c06\u7528\u4e8e\u6539\u5584\u5b66\u6821\u63d0\u4f9b\u7684\u670d\u52a1\u3002<\/p><p class=\"p1\">\u5982\u679c\u5b66\u751f\u5bf9\u7b54\u590d\u4e0d\u6ee1\u610f\uff0c\u4e3b\u4efb\u5c06\u53ec\u96c6\u6295\u8bc9\u59d4\u5458\u4f1a\u5f00\u4f1a\u3002\u5728\u4f1a\u8bae\u53ec\u5f00\u4e4b\u524d\uff0c\u5c06\u544a\u77e5\u53d7\u5bb3\u5b66\u751f\u6709\u6743\u6d3e\u4ee3\u8868\u51fa\u5e2d\u542c\u8bc1\u4f1a\u3002<\/p><p class=\"p1\">3.3.1 \u7533\u8bc9\u59d4\u5458\u4f1a\u7684\u7ec4\u6210<\/p><p
