AMA\u00c7 VE KAPSAM<\/h2><p>Bu belge, Language in Action (LIA) i\u00e7in \u00d6\u011frenci \u015eikayet Politikas\u0131 ve Prosed\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc ortaya koymaktad\u0131r.<\/p><p>Prosed\u00fcrlerin kapsam\u0131, \u00f6\u011frencilerinin LIA'daki deneyimlerine ili\u015fkin \u015fikayetlerle, sa\u011flanan hizmetler ve tesisler dahil olmak \u00fczere s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p><p>Bu politika, Aksiyon Dil programlar\u0131na kay\u0131tl\u0131 t\u00fcm \u00f6\u011frencileri kapsar. \u00d6\u011frencinin 18 ya\u015f\u0131ndan k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck olmas\u0131 durumunda, bu prosed\u00fcrdeki \u00f6\u011frencinin haklar\u0131 ve kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131na ili\u015fkin at\u0131flar, uygun oldu\u011fu \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde, velisine, yasal vasisine veya refakat\u00e7i grup liderine de geni\u015fletilecektir.<\/p><h2>2. \u0130LKELER<\/h2><p>2.1. \u00d6\u011frenciler, \u015fikayette bulunmak i\u00e7in istedikleri ki\u015fiden bilgi, tavsiye ve yard\u0131m isteyebilirler. \u00d6\u011frencinin, gerekirse kendi ad\u0131na konu\u015fabilecek ba\u015fka bir ki\u015fi taraf\u0131ndan e\u015flik edilme\/temsil edilme hakk\u0131 her a\u015famada mevcuttur.<\/p><p>2.2. LIA, Okulun etkinli\u011fini art\u0131rmas\u0131 ve\/veya hizmetini iyile\u015ftirmesi konusunda \u00f6\u011frencilerden gelen yorum ve \u00f6nerileri memnuniyetle kar\u015f\u0131lar. \u00d6\u011frenciler \u00f6neride bulunmaya te\u015fvik edilir.<\/p><p>2.3. Okul, \u00f6\u011frencilerin zaman zaman personelinden ald\u0131klar\u0131 olanaklar veya hizmetler hakk\u0131nda \u015fikayetleri olabilece\u011fini kabul eder.<\/p><p>2.4. Bu prosed\u00fcrler, \u00f6\u011frencilerin uygun personele yorum, \u00f6neri ve \u015fikayetlerini iletmeleri i\u00e7in basit ve anla\u015f\u0131l\u0131r bir yol sa\u011flamay\u0131 ama\u00e7lamaktad\u0131r.<\/p><p>2.5. Okul, herhangi bir \u00f6\u011frencinin yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 yorum, \u00f6neri veya \u015fikayetle ilgili olarak verilen hizmet ve ilginin, al\u0131nan eylem sonucunda hi\u00e7bir \u015fekilde zarar g\u00f6rmemesini sa\u011flayacakt\u0131r, ancak Okul, \u00f6\u011frencilerin anlams\u0131z veya taciz edici \u015fikayetlerde bulunmayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 beklemektedir.<\/p><p>2.6. Okul, yorumlar\u0131n, \u00f6nerilerin ve \u015fikayetlerin gizlili\u011fini m\u00fcmk\u00fcn oldu\u011funca sa\u011flayacakt\u0131r. Ancak, bir \u015fikayette bulunuldu\u011fu ve soru\u015fturuldu\u011fu normal \u015fartlarda hizmet sa\u011flay\u0131c\u0131ya bildirilmelidir.<\/p><p>2.7. Yukar\u0131daki paragraf, personel disiplin konular\u0131yla ilgili mevcut prosed\u00fcrleri hi\u00e7bir \u015fekilde etkilemez.<\/p><p>2.8. Koruyucu \u00d6nlem ve Refah \u015eikayetleri<\/strong><\/p><p>Bir \u015fikayet bir \u00f6\u011frencinin korunmas\u0131, refah\u0131 veya g\u00fcvenli\u011fi ile ilgiliyse, bu prosed\u00fcr ge\u00e7erli de\u011fildir. Bu t\u00fcr konular derhal Atanm\u0131\u015f Koruma Liderine (DSL) bildirilmelidir ve Grup Koruma ve \u00d6nleme Politikas\u0131 ve LiA ekine uygun olarak ele al\u0131nmal\u0131d\u0131r. DSL, yasal mercilere sevk etmeyi i\u00e7erebilecek uygun eylem tarz\u0131n\u0131 belirlemekten sorumludur. B\u00f6l\u00fcm 3.1 ve 3.2'de belirtilen zaman \u00e7izelgeleri koruma endi\u015feleri i\u00e7in ge\u00e7erli de\u011fildir.<\/p><p><strong>3.1. Resmi Olmayan A\u015fama<\/strong><\/p><p>Umar\u0131z \u00e7o\u011fu sorun ve soru, ilgili personel \u00fcyesiyle yap\u0131lacak bir g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fme yoluyla h\u0131zl\u0131 ve gayri resmi bir \u015fekilde \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fclecektir. Personel \u00fcyesi yard\u0131mc\u0131 olamazsa, \u00f6\u011fren<\/p><ul><li>Dersler, s\u0131navlar ve s\u0131n\u0131f seviyeleri: \u00d6\u011fretmen \/ E\u011fitim Y\u00f6neticisi \/ Akademik M\u00fcd\u00fcr<\/li><li>Etkinlikler, geziler ve bo\u015f zaman program\u0131: Tur Rehberi \/ Tur Koordinat\u00f6r\u00fc \/ Merkez Y\u00f6neticisi<\/li><li>Refah, konaklama ve yemek: Kamp\u00fcs Lideri \/ Kamp\u00fcs Koordinat\u00f6r\u00fc \/ Merkez M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc<\/li><li>Ba\u015fka genel bir sorun veya sorgunuz mu var: Refah G\u00f6revlisi \/ Merkez M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc<\/li><\/ul><p>E\u011fer gayriresmi yan\u0131t tatmin edici de\u011filse, \u00f6\u011frencinin resmi \u015fikayet prosed\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc kullanma hakk\u0131 vard\u0131r. Gayriresmi a\u015fama, \u015fikayetin yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 tarihten itibaren 24 saat i\u00e7inde tamamlanmal\u0131d\u0131r. Bu s\u00fcre i\u00e7inde bir \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm bulunamazsa, \u00f6\u011frenci do\u011frudan Okul A\u015famas\u0131'na ge\u00e7ebilir. \u00d6\u011frenci 18 ya\u015f\u0131n alt\u0131ndaysa, velisi, vasisi veya grup lideri, yap\u0131lan herhangi bir gayriresmi \u015fikayet hakk\u0131nda bilgilendirilir ve s\u00fcre\u00e7 boyunca g\u00fcncel tutulur.<\/p><p><strong>3.2. Okul A\u015famas\u0131 (Resmi \u015eikayet)<\/strong><\/p><p>Bu prosed\u00fcrler kapsam\u0131nda \u00f6\u011frenci resmi bir \u015fikayette bulunmak isterse, \u015fikayetini, \u015fikayet formu temin edecek olan Merkez M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc'ne iletmelidir (bkz. ayr\u0131 Ek B belgesi).<\/p><p>Merkez M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc ilgilendiren yaz\u0131l\u0131 \u015fik\u00e2yetler do\u011frudan e-posta yoluyla Language in Action Merkez Ofisine g\u00f6nderilmeli veya merkezde bulunan Language in Action \u015fik\u00e2yet formu doldurulmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p><p>Merkez M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc \u00f6\u011frenciye normalde 48 saat i\u00e7inde \u015fahsen yan\u0131t verecektir. Merkez M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc, \u015fikayetin daha fazla soru\u015fturma gerektirdi\u011fine karar verirse, \u015fikayetin nas\u0131l i\u015fleme al\u0131naca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6\u011frenciye (veya velisine\/vasisine veya temsilcisine) a\u00e7\u0131klayacakt\u0131r. \u015eikayet tam olarak soru\u015fturulacak ve \u00f6\u011frenci normalde 3 i\u015f g\u00fcn\u00fc i\u00e7inde bir yan\u0131t alacakt\u0131r.<\/p><p>\u00d6\u011frenci, ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 yan\u0131ttan memnun kal\u0131rsa ve \u015fikayeti daha ileri g\u00f6t\u00fcrmek istemezse, \u015fikayetten elde edilen bilgiler Okulun sa\u011flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 hizmeti iyile\u015ftirmek i\u00e7in kullan\u0131lacak ve \u015eikayet Kayd\u0131'na i\u015flenecektir.<\/p><p><strong>3.3. \u0130tirazlar<\/strong><\/p><p>\u015eikayet 3 i\u015f g\u00fcn\u00fc i\u00e7inde \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fclmezse veya sonu\u00e7 \u00f6\u011frenciyi tatmin etmezse, \u015fikayetin Language in Action Genel Merkezine iletilmesi gerekmektedir.<\/p><p>Genel Merkez \u015fikayeti inceleyecek ve \u00f6\u011frenci normalde 3 i\u015f g\u00fcn\u00fc i\u00e7inde yan\u0131t alacakt\u0131r.<\/p><p>\u00d6\u011frenci yan\u0131t\u0131ndan memnun kalmazsa, M\u00fcd\u00fcrler bir \u015eikayet Komitesi toplant\u0131s\u0131 yapacakt\u0131r. Toplant\u0131dan \u00f6nce \u00f6\u011frenciye duru\u015fmada temsil edilme hakk\u0131 oldu\u011fu bildirilecektir.<\/p><p>\u00d6\u011frencinin 18 ya\u015f\u0131ndan k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck olmas\u0131 halinde, velisinin veya yasal vasisinin itirazdan haberdar edilmesi ve s\u00fcrece kat\u0131lma veya herhangi bir duru\u015fmada bulunma hakk\u0131 tan\u0131nmas\u0131 gerekmektedir.<\/p><p><strong>3.3.1. \u015eik\u00e2yet Komisyonu'nun Olu\u015fumu<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Y\u00f6netim Kurulu \u00dcyelerinden Biri veya (duruma g\u00f6re) Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcr, Operasyon M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc, Akademik M\u00fcd\u00fcr veya \u0130K M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc<\/li><li>Bir \u00d6\u011frenci Temsilcisi<\/li><li>Bir \u00d6\u011fretmen<\/li><li>\u00d6\u011frenci 18 ya\u015f\u0131n alt\u0131ndaysa: Bir veli, vasi veya grup lideri temsilcisi (oy kullanmayan, \u00f6\u011frenciye destek olmak i\u00e7in bulunan)<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>3.3.2. \u0130tirazlar \u0130\u00e7in G\u00f6rev Tan\u0131m\u0131<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Okulda, Okullar veya herhangi bir destek departman\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan sa\u011flanan hizmet ve tesisler de dahil olmak \u00fczere \u00f6\u011frencilerin deneyimlerine ili\u015fkin \u015fikayetlerini de\u011ferlendirmek.<\/li><li>Kararlar\u0131n\u0131 Y\u00f6netim Kuruluna ve uygun oldu\u011funda \u00d6\u011frenci Temsilcilerine bildirmek.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>3.4. VER\u0130 KORUMA VE G\u0130ZL\u0130L\u0130K<\/h2><p>4.1.
