Okul A\u015famas\u0131:<\/p><p class=\"p1\">\u00d6\u011frenci bu prosed\u00fcrler kapsam\u0131nda resmi bir \u015fik\u00e2yette bulunmak isterse, kendisine doldurmas\u0131 i\u00e7in bir \u015fik\u00e2yet formu verecek olan Merkez M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fcne \u015fik\u00e2yetini iletmelidir.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">Merkez M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc ilgilendiren yaz\u0131l\u0131 \u015fik\u00e2yetler do\u011frudan e-posta yoluyla Language in Action Merkez Ofisine g\u00f6nderilmeli veya merkezde bulunan Language in Action \u015fik\u00e2yet formu doldurulmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">Merkez M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc normalde \u00f6\u011frencinin mektubuna 48 saat i\u00e7inde \u015fahsen yan\u0131t verecektir. Merkez M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc \u015fikayetin daha fazla ara\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcrse, \u00f6\u011frenciye (veya temsilcisine) \u015fikayetin nas\u0131l i\u015fleme al\u0131naca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klayacakt\u0131r. \u015eikayet tam olarak ara\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lacak (normalde bu, \u00f6\u011frencinin \u015fikayeti \u015fahsen tart\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 i\u00e7in bir daveti de i\u00e7erecektir) ve \u00f6\u011frenci normalde 5 g\u00fcn i\u00e7inde yaz\u0131l\u0131 bir yan\u0131t alacakt\u0131r.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">\u00d6\u011frenci ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 yan\u0131ttan memnun kal\u0131rsa ve \u015fikayetini daha ileri g\u00f6t\u00fcrmek istemezse, \u015fikayetten elde edilen bilgiler Okul taraf\u0131ndan sa\u011flanan hizmeti iyile\u015ftirmek i\u00e7in kullan\u0131lacakt\u0131r.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">3.3. \u0130tirazlar<\/p><p class=\"p1\">\u015eik\u00e2yet 5 g\u00fcn i\u00e7inde \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fclmezse veya \u00f6\u011frenci i\u00e7in tatmin edici olmazsa, \u00f6\u011frenci \u015fik\u00e2yetini Language in Action Merkez Ofisine iletmelidir.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fck \u015fikayeti ara\u015ft\u0131racak (normalde bu, \u00f6\u011frencinin \u015fikayeti kendisiyle veya belirledi\u011fi bir ki\u015fiyle \u015fahsen g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmesi i\u00e7in davet edilmesini i\u00e7erir) ve \u00f6\u011frenci normalde 3 i\u015f g\u00fcn\u00fc i\u00e7inde yaz\u0131l\u0131 bir yan\u0131t alacakt\u0131r.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">\u00d6\u011frenci ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 yan\u0131ttan memnun kal\u0131rsa ve \u015fikayetini daha ileri g\u00f6t\u00fcrmek istemezse, \u015fikayetten elde edilen bilgiler Okul taraf\u0131ndan sa\u011flanan hizmeti iyile\u015ftirmek i\u00e7in kullan\u0131lacakt\u0131r.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">\u00d6\u011frencinin yan\u0131ttan tatmin olmamas\u0131 halinde, M\u00fcd\u00fcrler bir \u015eik\u00e2yet Komitesi toplant\u0131s\u0131 d\u00fczenleyecektir. Toplant\u0131 \u00f6ncesinde ma\u011fdur \u00f6\u011frenci duru\u015fmada temsil edilme hakk\u0131 konusunda bilgilendirilecektir.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">3.3.1 \u015eik\u00e2yet Komitesinin Olu\u015fumu<\/p><p class=\"p1\">\u015eik\u00e2yet Komitesinin hi\u00e7bir \u00fcyesinin vaka ile daha \u00f6nce herhangi bir ba\u011flant\u0131s\u0131 olmamal\u0131d\u0131r. \u015eik\u00e2yet Komitesi \u015funlardan olu\u015facakt\u0131r:<\/p><ul><li class=\"p1\">\u015eikayet\u00e7i<\/li><li class=\"p1\">Bir Y\u00f6netim Kurulu \u00dcyesi veya Direkt\u00f6r veya Operasyon M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc veya Akademik M\u00fcd\u00fcr veya \u0130K M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc (uygun oldu\u011fu \u015fekilde)<\/li><li class=\"p1\">Bir \u00d6\u011frenci Temsilcisi<\/li><li class=\"p1\">Bir \u00d6\u011fretmen<\/li><\/ul><p class=\"p1\">3.3.2 \u0130tirazlar i\u00e7in G\u00f6rev Tan\u0131mlar\u0131<\/p><p class=\"p1\">\u015eik\u00e2yet Komitesinin g\u00f6rev tan\u0131m\u0131 a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki gibidir:<\/p><ul><li class=\"p1\">Okullar veya herhangi bir destek departman\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan sa\u011flanan hizmetler ve tesisler de dahil olmak \u00fczere, bir \u00f6\u011frencinin Okuldaki deneyimiyle ilgili \u015fikayetlerini de\u011ferlendirmek.<\/li><li class=\"p1\">Kararlar\u0131n\u0131 Y\u00f6netim Kuruluna ve uygun oldu\u011funda \u00d6\u011frenci Temsilcilerine bildirmek.<\/li><\/ul><p class=\"p1\">3.4.
