recrutamento, a sele\u00e7\u00e3o e a oportunidade de emprego cont\u00ednuo sejam os mais justos poss\u00edveis;<\/li><li class=\"p1\">Garantir que a equipe tenha a oportunidade de desenvolvimento profissional cont\u00ednuo.<\/li><\/ul><p class=\"p1\">Para isso, a Language in Action, parte da Malvern International, ir\u00e1:<\/p><ul><li class=\"p1\">Ser rigoroso e justo para recrutar o candidato mais adequado para o cargo;<\/li><li class=\"p1\">Assegurar que ningu\u00e9m receba tratamento menos favor\u00e1vel com base em g\u00eanero, estado civil, identidade sexual, cren\u00e7a religiosa, opini\u00e3o pol\u00edtica, ra\u00e7a, padr\u00e3o de trabalho, idade, defici\u00eancia ou status de HIV\/AIDS, hist\u00f3rico socioecon\u00f4mico, condena\u00e7\u00f5es passadas, atividade
