Cette politique a pour but d'aider l'employeur \u00e0 atteindre cet objectif en pr\u00e9cisant qui est responsable des questions de sant\u00e9 et de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et quelles sont ces responsabilit\u00e9s.<\/p><p>Language in Action se pr\u00e9occupe v\u00e9ritablement de son personnel et souhaite le montrer dans sa politique de sant\u00e9 et de s\u00e9curit\u00e9. Language in Action a utilis\u00e9 l'exemple de d\u00e9claration de politique du HSE et d'autres conseils disponibles sur le site web du HSE \u00e0 l'adresse suivante <a href=\"http:\/\/www.hse.gov.uk\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">www.hse.gov.uk<\/a> risques. Cela les a aid\u00e9s \u00e0 r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir aux \u00e9l\u00e9ments qui devraient \u00eatre document\u00e9s et int\u00e9gr\u00e9s dans leur propre politique de sant\u00e9 et de s\u00e9curit\u00e9, tels que le travail \u00e0 distance, la consultation et la formation du personnel, etc.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">Language in Action a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 qu'Adam Ennis (chef de service et responsable adjoint de la sant\u00e9 et de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de l'entreprise), Daniele Pluchino (chef de service adjoint, DSL et responsable de la sant\u00e9 et de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de l'entreprise) et Beatrice Bellina (responsable des op\u00e9rations et des ressources humaines, DSL adjoint de l'entreprise) seraient les personnes les plus comp\u00e9tentes (exp\u00e9riment\u00e9es et capables) pour assumer la responsabilit\u00e9 des questions de sant\u00e9 et de s\u00e9curit\u00e9.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">Daniele Pluchino a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 la d\u00e9claration de politique g\u00e9n\u00e9rale lors de la r\u00e9union du personnel et a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de revoir et d'actualiser le document chaque ann\u00e9e ou imm\u00e9diatement en cas de changements majeurs sur le lieu de travail.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">Daniele Pluchino a la responsabilit\u00e9 globale et finale de la sant\u00e9 et de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">Daniele Pluchino, Adam Ennis et Beatrice Bellina sont responsables au quotidien de la sant\u00e9 et de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9.<\/p><p class=\"p1\"><strong>D\u00e9claration de politique g\u00e9n\u00e9rale<\/strong><\/p><p class=\"p1\">Le langage en action sera :<\/p><ul><li class=\"p1\">Prendre des mesures raisonnables pour pr\u00e9server la sant\u00e9 et la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 du personnel, des personnes concern\u00e9es par les activit\u00e9s de l'employeur et des personnes qui visitent ses locaux ;<\/li><li class=\"p2\">Identifier les risques en mati\u00e8re de sant\u00e9 et de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et trouver des moyens de les g\u00e9rer ou de les surmonter ;<\/li><li class=\"p3\">Fournir un lieu de travail s\u00fbr et sain et des dispositions d'entr\u00e9e et de sortie s\u00fbres, y compris en cas de situation d'urgence ;<\/li><li class=\"p2\">Fournir et maintenir des zones de travail, des \u00e9quipements et des syst\u00e8mes s\u00fbrs et, le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant, des v\u00eatements de protection appropri\u00e9s ;<\/li><li class=\"p2\">Fournir des informations, des instructions, une formation et une supervision ad\u00e9quates pour permettre \u00e0 l'ensemble du personnel d'effectuer son travail en toute s\u00e9curit\u00e9, d'\u00e9viter les risques et de contribuer positivement \u00e0 sa propre sant\u00e9 et \u00e0 sa propre s\u00e9curit\u00e9 au travail.<\/li><li class=\"p2\">Veiller \u00e0 ce que tout repr\u00e9sentant de la sant\u00e9 et de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 re\u00e7oive une formation appropri\u00e9e pour exercer efficacement ses fonctions ;<\/li><li class=\"p2\">Fournir une initiation \u00e0 la sant\u00e9 et \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 ainsi qu'une formation appropri\u00e9e en mati\u00e8re de s\u00e9curit\u00e9<\/li><li class=\"p3\">Promouvoir une communication et une consultation efficaces entre l'employeur et le personnel en ce qui concerne les questions de sant\u00e9 et de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et consultera le personnel directement sur les questions de sant\u00e9 et de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 ;<\/li><li class=\"p2\">Contr\u00f4ler et r\u00e9viser r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement la gestion de la sant\u00e9 et de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 au travail, apporter les changements n\u00e9cessaires et les porter \u00e0 l'attention de l'ensemble du personnel.<\/li><\/ul><p class=\"p1\"><strong>Responsabilit\u00e9 de :<\/strong><\/p><ul><li class=\"p1\">Le responsable de la sant\u00e9 et de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de l'entreprise assume la responsabilit\u00e9 globale de la sant\u00e9 et de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9. Deux responsables adjoints de la sant\u00e9 et de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9sign\u00e9s pour le remplacer en cas d'absence.<\/li><li class=\"p1\">Les responsables de l'aide sociale affect\u00e9s \u00e0 chaque centre d'\u00e9t\u00e9 ont une responsabilit\u00e9 quotidienne en mati\u00e8re de sant\u00e9 et de s\u00e9curit\u00e9.<\/li><li class=\"p1\">Les questions de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et l'obligation de rendre compte au directeur du centre et au si\u00e8ge.<\/li><li class=\"p1\">Toute pr\u00e9occupation concernant les questions de sant\u00e9 et de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 doit \u00eatre notifi\u00e9e au responsable de la sant\u00e9 et de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 ou aux responsables adjoints de la sant\u00e9 et de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9.<\/li><\/ul><p class=\"p1\"><strong>Action\/ Arrangements<\/strong><\/p><ul><li class=\"p1\">Des \u00e9valuations des risques pertinentes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9es et les mesures d\u00e9coulant de ces \u00e9valuations ont \u00e9t\u00e9 mises en \u0153uvre. (Les \u00e9valuations des risques sont r\u00e9examin\u00e9es lorsque les habitudes ou les conditions de travail changent).<\/li><li class=\"p2\">Le personnel re\u00e7oit l'initiation n\u00e9cessaire en mati\u00e8re de sant\u00e9 et de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie d'une formation et d'un \u00e9quipement de protection individuelle appropri\u00e9s. Nous veillerons \u00e0 ce que des dispositions appropri\u00e9es soient prises pour couvrir les employ\u00e9s travaillant dans des lieux \u00e9loign\u00e9s du site principal de l'entreprise.<\/li><li class=\"p2\">Le personnel est r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement consult\u00e9 sur les questions de sant\u00e9 et de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 au fur et \u00e0 mesure qu'elles se pr\u00e9sentent, mais il est \u00e9galement consult\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re formelle lors des r\u00e9unions r\u00e9guli\u00e8res d'\u00e9valuation des performances en mati\u00e8re de sant\u00e9 et de s\u00e9curit\u00e9, ou plus t\u00f4t si n\u00e9cessaire.<\/li><li class=\"p2\">Les voies d'\u00e9vacuation sont bien signalis\u00e9es et d\u00e9gag\u00e9es en permanence.
