besoins en personnel de Language in Action, qui fait partie de Malvern International, notre politique et nos proc\u00e9dures en mati\u00e8re de ressources humaines visent \u00e0 atteindre les objectifs suivants :<\/p><ul><li class=\"p1\">Attirer le personnel le plus appropri\u00e9 pour les programmes propos\u00e9s par l'entreprise ;<\/li><li class=\"p1\">Veiller \u00e0 ce que le d'\u00e9quit\u00e9 afin de recruter le candidat le plus apte \u00e0 occuper le poste ;<\/li><li class=\"p1\">Veiller \u00e0 ce que personne ne re\u00e7oive un traitement moins favorable en raison de satisfaisantes et \u00e0 la production de certificats originaux pour les qualifications pertinentes et en informer les candidats dans toutes les annonces d'emploi que Language in Action place ;<\/li><li class=\"p1\">Entreprendre toutes ces activit\u00e9s de mani\u00e8re professionnelle.<\/li><\/ul><p class=\"p1\"><strong><span class=\"s1\">Publicit\u00e9<\/span><\/strong><\/p><p class=\"p1\">Le recours \u00e0 d'autres annonces d\u00e9pendra de la nature du poste vacant. Lorsque les projections permettent de pr\u00e9voir une p\u00e9nurie de personnel ou qu'un poste vacant requiert un ensemble de comp\u00e9tences ou un profil de qualifications particulier, une annonce sera publi\u00e9e sur les sites web appropri\u00e9s de l'EFL. Toutefois, la nature de notre activit\u00e9 fait que nous pouvons \u00eatre amen\u00e9s \u00e0 recruter \u00e0 court terme. Dans ce cas, les CV archiv\u00e9s constitueront la premi\u00e8re r\u00e9serve de candidats potentiels.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">Dans toutes les annonces de postes et avant ou pendant l'entretien, les candidats sont inform\u00e9s que<\/p><ul><li class=\"p1\">Les r\u00e9f\u00e9rences feront l'objet d'un suivi ;<\/li><li class=\"p1\">Les lacunes dans leur CV doivent \u00eatre prises en compte ;<\/li><li class=\"p1\">Une pi\u00e8ce d'identit\u00e9 avec photo et les certificats de qualification originaux doivent \u00eatre fournis ;<\/li><li class=\"p1\">Des contr\u00f4les d'aptitude seront requis (Enhanced DBS) et il sera demand\u00e9 aux personnes de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence si elles ont connaissance de raisons pour lesquelles le candidat ne devrait pas travailler avec des moins de 18 ans.<\/li><\/ul><p class=\"p1\"><strong>Proc\u00e9dure de recrutement<\/strong><\/p><p class=\"p1\">Les candidats sont invit\u00e9s \u00e0 remplir un formulaire de candidature Langue en action disponible sur le site web de LiA afin de v\u00e9rifier les exigences essentielles pour le poste.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">Une lettre d'invitation \u00e0 un entretien est envoy\u00e9e aux candidats pr\u00e9s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9s, qui sont ensuite interview\u00e9s par deux membres du si\u00e8ge de la LiA.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">Chaque candidat est \u00e9valu\u00e9 de la mani\u00e8re suivante :<\/p><ul><li class=\"p1\">Un entretien avec deux membres du si\u00e8ge de la LiA, g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement le directeur\/responsable des op\u00e9rations d'\u00e9t\u00e9 et le responsable acad\u00e9mique pour le personnel acad\u00e9mique, et le responsable des op\u00e9rations d'\u00e9t\u00e9 et le responsable des op\u00e9rations pour le personnel op\u00e9rationnel, en utilisant des questions standardis\u00e9es pour chaque r\u00f4le afin de maintenir le processus aussi \u00e9quitable que possible.<\/li><\/ul><p class=\"p1\">Les candidats auront \u00e9galement :<\/p><ul><li class=\"p1\">L'occasion de poser des questions ;<\/li><li class=\"p1\">V\u00e9rifier (\u00e0 l'aide de la liste de contr\u00f4le de d\u00e9part) que tous les documents pertinents ont \u00e9t\u00e9 re\u00e7us et que les contr\u00f4les ont \u00e9t\u00e9 effectu\u00e9s.<\/li><\/ul><p class=\"p1\"><strong>La s\u00e9lection<\/strong><\/p><p class=\"p1\">Une offre d'emploi peut \u00eatre faite lors de l'entretien et\/ou d\u00e8s que LiA a la confirmation du personnel requis pour chaque centre, et que les termes et conditions sont expliqu\u00e9s. Les offres sont soumises \u00e0 deux r\u00e9f\u00e9rences satisfaisantes et \u00e0 un contr\u00f4le approfondi du DBS\/de la police. Les candidats retenus b\u00e9n\u00e9ficieront d'une formation et d'une initiation avant l'ouverture du centre d'\u00e9t\u00e9.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">Les conditions d'emploi stipulent que tous les membres du personnel acad\u00e9mique et op\u00e9rationnel doivent \u00eatre pr\u00eats \u00e0 travailler avec des enfants en bas \u00e2ge.
