class=\"p1\">Adem\u00e1s de cumplir los requisitos legales y satisfacer las necesidades de personal de Language in Action, que forma parte de Malvern International, nuestra pol\u00edtica y nuestros procedimientos en materia de recursos humanos pretenden lograr lo siguiente:<\/p><ul><li class=\"p1\">Atraer al personal m\u00e1s adecuado para los programas que ofrece la empresa;<\/li><li class=\"p1\">Garantizar que la contrataci\u00f3n, la selecci\u00f3n y las oportunidades de empleo continuo sean lo m\u00e1s justas posible;<\/li><li class=\"p1\">Garantizar que el personal tenga la oportunidad de un desarrollo profesional continuo.<\/li><\/ul><p class=\"p1\">Para ello, Language in Action, que forma parte de Malvern International:<\/p><ul><li class=\"p1\">Ser riguroso y justo para contratar al candidato m\u00e1s adecuado para el puesto;<\/li><li class=\"p1\">Garantizar que nadie reciba un trato menos favorable por motivos de g\u00e9nero, estado civil, identidad sexual, creencias religiosas, opiniones pol\u00edticas, raza, ritmo de trabajo, edad, discapacidad o VIH\/sida, situaci\u00f3n socioecon\u00f3mica, condenas pasadas, actividad o afiliaci\u00f3n sindical, o por tener o no personas a cargo;<\/li><li class=\"p1\">Exija a todos los candidatos que aborden \u00e1reas espec\u00edficas del puesto de la misma manera en su solicitud y en la entrevista;<\/li><li class=\"p1\">Busque pruebas de competencias y aptitudes de comportamiento en puestos anteriores;<\/li><li class=\"p1\">Utilice los mejores m\u00e9todos de evaluaci\u00f3n disponibles para comparar las capacidades de los candidatos con los requisitos del puesto;<\/li><li class=\"p1\">Trate a los solicitantes como personas valiosas manteni\u00e9ndoles informados del proceso y del estado actual de su solicitud;<\/li><li class=\"p1\">Hacer ofertas que est\u00e9n condicionadas a referencias satisfactorias y a la presentaci\u00f3n de certificados originales de las cualificaciones pertinentes y notificar esto a los solicitantes en todos los anuncios de puestos de trabajo que Language in Action place;<\/li><li class=\"p1\">Llevar a cabo todas estas actividades de manera profesional.<\/li><\/ul><p class=\"p1\"><strong><span class=\"s1\">Publicidad<\/span><\/strong><\/p><p class=\"p1\">El uso que hagamos de la publicidad adicional depender\u00e1 de la naturaleza de la vacante. Cuando las previsiones permitan predecir una escasez de personal o una vacante requiera un conjunto de aptitudes o un perfil de cualificaciones concreto, se publicar\u00e1 un anuncio en los sitios web de EFL apropiados. Sin embargo, la naturaleza de nuestra actividad nos obliga a contratar personal con poca antelaci\u00f3n.
